A logo is an expression and extension of the personality of your new juristic person. Make sure you like your logo because it is what the rest of the world will associate whatever it is you do with.
If you don't know where to start, here are some tips:

Pick some basic shapes that you like (rectangle, square, hexagon, diamond) as a basis or starting point.

Try to be unique, although nowadays there are so many small companies all over the world, to stand out it would be good to try something new/different

Try to avoid taking a logo that is too similar to a huge and well known corporation (e.g. a tick)

Try to keep it simple, sometimes less is more, it is a common trend for companies to often end up simplifying their logo as they grow, this is for a whole list of reasons we boil down mainly to the convenience of simplicity. For familiarity's sake it may be better to start with the same logo that is simple and keep it that way. If you can find a unique symbol or one or two words in a font you like that is often more than enough.

Take your time, this is not something one should rush think about it and choose your logo carefully.

4. Slogan Creation: Once you have come up with a logo you may (although it is not compulsory) come up with a slogan. For example Shoprite's slogan is " prices you can trust" and McDonald's is "I'm loving it" pick one that best represents what your business is about.
